Measurement of radial clearance

OMT Slovakia, s.r.o. uses professional, custom-made gauges from AKOMAX TECHNOLOGY, s.r.o. to control radial clearance of bearings

Radial clearance is indicating through induction sensor with sreen showing values of clearance. During measuring is outer ring alternaly loaded in vertical direction through a rocker mechanism, which is able to set up load bearing capacity.

The measurement is static with dynamic effect which better set up the optimal position of the rolling elements against orbits rings.
